Dynamic Cavity Desynchronization (DCD)
DCD with the AWG no additional boxes required
- Select ACPS 80 output 8 = "general purpose"
- Connect ACPS 80 met M22
- Use Timer AWG unit 2, AWG Chanel 1 to adjust the delay and amplitude
- -what worked was:
- delay between 20 and 50
- Δλ scales linearly with amplitude Amplitude between 60 and 80%
- -what worked was:
- set the cavity length between 0.7 and 1.1 λ-detuning
- After the machine is properly set up, play with the delay, amplitude and cavity length for best results. This is the flatest possible spectrum and the highest possible power.
