Telephony

Additionally, we have a DECT system at FELIX.
Searching phone numbers (for DECT only)
[edit | edit source]All the phone numbers from HFML/FELIX are available from the 'Central Phonebook' in the ascom DECT handsets.
- press the left function key (Menu)
- press the left function key (Contacts)
- press the up key (to jump 'around' to the end of the list)
- press the left function key (Central Phonebook)
- search by name (or number, as you prefer)
- add one or more letters of a first and/or last name
- press the left function key (Search)
- wait a few seconds for your results

Warning
[edit | edit source]Never use the RU code *21xxxxx for call forwarding. This method of call forwarding can only be partially cancelled (by dialing #20), but leaves a lingering setting: Upon rejection of a call, the call is forwarded to last used destination. This is very hard to undo, so just don't do it!
