Gun heater security
Contact of the “Temperature Cathode of the Gun†(thermo switch near the cathode) and “Vacuum Gun†(vacuum PLC),
switch off the high voltage deck with a relay. The box is in box FF-09. (see image 1)
If the green LED lights up, the system is active and the heater can be switched on.
Vacuum Gun is a latched contact and must be reset in the Vacuum. GUI.
