Howto compile WinCC program for use on PC

Probably most relevant for the HMI screens of FLARE.

Open the HMI project with WinCC.
In the project tree on the left, right click on the Panel and select Change device type
- Change to PC -> WinCC flexible Runtime, close dialog.
In the project tree, below the panel open Device Settings -> Device Settings
- Uncheck Full-screen mode
From the main menu, choose Project -> Compiler -> Generate
- This will compile and prepare a fwx file, which is something you can run on windows using the wincc runtime program.
