MySQL database on isolator

There is a MySQL database on isolator that is used to:

store configuration data for software
- Settings for FLARE cameras
- Settings for FLARE beam optics
send commands and statusses for the control system of FLARE
- dtm - FLARE data transfer module
- rssd - RSS
control the attenuator and power meter of FELIX (will be deprecated)
archive data from various daemons (by the Archiver)
- armdd - ARMD radiation monitors
- stackd - Exhaust stack radiation monitor
