The following actions are required to let user a@hfx.nl view the inbox of b@hfx.nl:

b@hfx.nl:

  • log in at mail.hfx.nl (sogo), click the three-dots-menu of the inbox and choose share, then add a@hfx.nl

a@hfx.nl:

  • subscribe to b.hfx.nl/inbox (automatic after logging out and in in webmail. The procedure in other mail clients varies.)

The following actions are required to let user a@hfx.nl send mail as b@hfx.nl:

admin@hfx.nl

  • log into administrative portal
  • find mailbox a@hfx.nl
  • add b@hfx.nl as 'send as'

b@hfx.nl:

  • log in at mail.hfx.nl (sogo), click the three-dots-menu of next to your mail address and choose delegation, then add a@hfx.nl

a@hfx.nl:

  • log out and in at mail.hfx.nl, and find the new 'send as b@hfx.nl' in the from: field in a new email. The procedure in other mail clients varies.
  • optional: request new s/mime signature and include both a@hfx.nl and b@hfx.nl to be able to send signed and/or encrypted mail.
