EAL user authorisatie profielen
[edit | edit source]Het is mogelijk om in de EAL software te filteren op personen die een bepaalde authorisatie profiel hebben.
Dit is te doen door te klikken op
Toegang -> personen -> selecties -> autorisaties -> dubbelklik op waarde om het volgende veld te openen.

Technical background of what happens when you open a door
[edit | edit source]When you hold a badge in front of a reader:
- The reader authenticates the card and sends the id of the card to the controller (vossessor)
- The controller checks authorization for the id in its internal database (i.e. offline!)
- If the id is authorized, the controller switches one (assumption: never both) of the two relays (allowing entry only in "full access" or also in "restricted access" conditions), connected to inputs on the RSS PLC.
- The RSS PLC then uses these inputs to determine if the door is allowed to be opened in the current state
- If the door may be opened, it is unlocked for x seconds. If the door is opened and the door closed contact is lit, the door is locked again after a brief debounce delay (if the door closed contact disappears while the lock is active, this constitutes a door breach)
- If the door is actually opened after unlocking, the RSS PLC sends a pulse via relay to a count input on the EAL controller. The EAL controller then counts up or down depending on which side of the door the unlock request came from. Counting was active only in restricted mode on the FELICE hall and Vault access doors, but on 24/3/22 we changed the RSS PLC code to include counting for full access mode as well.
- If the EAL software is running (on flare-dm2), it is notified of all door count events by the controllers. The EAL software logs door entries in the MySQL database on isolator (`ats_rss`.`ats_events` table).
- Whenever the sweep procedure is completed, the RSS PLC presents a "reset counters" contact to the EAL controller. Also, the Joost switch can be used to reset the FELICE hall counter.
