Dipole1 daemon is a service running on flare-control. It reads the actual value of the current of FLARE dipole 1 from the MySQL database on isolator (where it is put by the FLARE dtm, and forwards that value to MQTT topics FLARE/dipole1/actual and FLARE/undulator/dipole_current. The FLARE undulatord uses that to calculate the beam energy, and from that the undulator wavelength etc. This service is meant to be active only temporarily until the FLARE dtm can be upgraded to connect to MQTT directly.
